Unlike cloud-based productivity tools that store your tasks and notes on remote servers, Zilita keeps everything on your device. Your to-do lists, focus sessions, notes, habits, and kanban boards are stored locally and remain under your control.

Task Planner

The Task Planner helps you organize tasks, set priorities, and manage deadlines. Create tasks with due dates, priority levels, and categories. The planner view shows your day organized hour by hour, while the list view gives you a complete overview of all pending tasks. Completed tasks are moved to a separate archive so you can track your progress over time.

Pomodoro Timer

The Pomodoro Timer implements the proven Pomodoro Technique: focused work sessions separated by short breaks. Customize the work interval length, break duration, and number of sessions before a longer break. The timer shows a visual countdown and plays a notification sound when a session ends. Use it alongside the Task Planner to stay focused on your most important tasks.

Notes App

The Notes Appprovides a distraction-free writing environment with rich text formatting, categories, and search. Notes are saved automatically to your browser's localStorage and can be exported as plain text or Markdown files. Use it for meeting notes, journal entries, research snippets, or quick ideas.

Habit Tracker

The Habit Tracker helps you build and maintain daily habits. Set up habits with target frequencies, track your streaks, and view your progress with visual charts. The tool sends gentle reminders and shows motivational statistics to keep you consistent.

Kanban Board

The Kanban Board provides a visual project management workspace with drag-and-drop columns.
